Reservations and cancellation

What is the minimum booking time?
The minimum booking is 4 hours.

How can I book a studio?
You can book directly by emailing us or through the contact form. We will confirm availability and send you the booking conditions. To confirm the booking, 50% must be paid in advance.

How far in advance should I book?
There is no minimum, but we are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 1 or 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, although you can check with us for earlier dates.

How can I cancel my reservation?
To cancel your booking, please contact us by email. If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance, the 50% corresponding to the booking payment will not be refunded.

What should I do if I need more time than expected?
If you need more time, you can request it in advance or let us know during your recording. Extra hours are subject to availability and have an additional cost of €55 per hour (Mon-Fri from 8 AM to 8 PM). We recommend communicating it as soon as possible to ensure that the space is available.

Can the studio be rented on weekends, holidays or at night?
Yes. The studio is available 7 days a week, including holidays and at night (from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM), always subject to availability and prior reservation.
Please note that a PLUS rate applies in these cases; you can check the rates when requesting a quote.

 

Studios

What does the space rental include?
The rental includes the use of the set, dressing room, bathrooms, catering area, basic lighting hung and controlled by DMX, air conditioning, furniture and free props. It also includes internet and WIFI access. In the case of booking Product Corner (paper background studio or photo product machines), the catering area, set lighting, or props are not included, you can check prices for these extras.

Is it at street level?
In Madrid, it is located on the first floor of our facilities, but it has large forklifts to be able to upload all the material without problems.
In Barcelona, access is directly at street level, without stairs or elevators. Ideal for loading material or access with reduced mobility.

Is parking available?
In Madrid we have parking in the facilities with a freight elevator directly to the studio.
In Barcelona, we do not have parking available for customers, you can unload in front of the door without problems. In addition, you can find parking in the surrounding area.

Are there noise problems?
The studio is acoustically conditioned so that the sound is heard cleanly, without reverb or echoes. The U Chroma set in Madrid is completely soundproofed with Box-in-box technology.

Is the props free?
Yes, we have a wide range of free props that you can use during your shoot. Chairs, sofas, stools, tables, plants, shelves, backgrounds, and varied decoration.

Is there WiFi and network connection?
Yes, we have high-speed WiFi and wired network.

Is the studio enabled to record a podcast?
Yes. We have equipment and an environment prepared for podcast recording in both audio and video. We adapt to your technical needs (number of cameras, microphones…) as well as decoration.

Is the Chroma illuminated?
Yes. It has 8 Velvet Light 75w LED panels and 2 Dedolight 40w LED backlight spotlights. Intensity and color temperature controllable by DMX table.

Can I bring catering or food?
Yes, you can bring catering. We have an area set up for this, with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

 

Additional services

Can additional audiovisual material be rented?
Yes. We have cameras, lenses, spotlights, grip, audio, and accessories of all kinds. Check our catalog in www.avisualpro.es and you can request it when confirming the reservation.

Do you offer technical recording and editing service?
Yes. You can hire a technician for recording, lighting, or assistance during your shoot. We also offer editing services. Check the rates with us.
